Privacy & Data Notice
This notice explains how information is handled when you visit sipu-mattress.com or submit a B2B mattress Project Brief.
Website operator and personal information processor
Sipu Mattress is a mattress brand based in Hangzhou. This website, its Project Brief service, and its international trade services are operated in Sichuan under authorization from the brand owner by:
- Legal entity: 峨边天屿锦市场营销策划有限公司
- English public name: Ebian Tianyujin Marketing Planning Co., Ltd.
- Registered and business contact address: 四川省乐山市峨边彝族自治县沙坪镇东风东路3号

Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and anonymous interaction events. Analytics may process pages viewed, browser and device information, approximate location, referring source, and event timestamps. Project Brief submission events contain only an anonymous result category such as accepted, duplicate, validation error, or network error. Project fields, contact details, and submission reference numbers are not sent to Google Analytics.
Project Brief information
When you submit a Project Brief, the site stores the project information you enter, including buyer type, company, country and city, product direction, sizes and quantities, optional specifications, and at least one business reply route: a work email or LinkedIn URL.
The site also stores limited source information used to understand how the inquiry arrived: landing-page path, referring site and path without its query string, and UTM campaign values. It does not request payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information, or unrelated sensitive information.
Purpose and access
The information is used to assess B2B fit, identify missing project details, prepare a product direction or quotation, reply through the route supplied by the buyer, prevent duplicate submissions, and protect the service from abuse. Access is limited to authorized personnel of the website operator who review business inquiries.
Only the minimum project details needed for product, engineering, specification, or production-feasibility review may be shared with authorized Sipu brand and R&D personnel or production partners in Foshan, China. Contact details are not shared unless necessary to provide the business response requested by the buyer.
Storage and retention
Project Brief records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Each record receives a submission reference and an expiry time. Project and reply-route data are retained for up to 180 days and are then deleted by the application cleanup process. Short-lived, keyed abuse-prevention records are also stored and expire separately.
Human verification and service providers
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to verify that a submission is made by a person and to help prevent abuse. Cloudflare provides the site hosting, server-side form processing, and D1 storage. Google provides website analytics. These providers process technical information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Your choices and requests
Do not submit the form if you do not agree to this handling. You may request access, correction, or early deletion of a submitted Project Brief by providing its reference number and enough information to verify the request. Applicable rights can vary by location.
Security and business boundaries
The form uses request-size limits, human verification, abuse controls, duplicate protection, and server-side validation. No online service can guarantee absolute security. A successful submission means only that the brief was stored for review; it does not confirm pricing, product availability, delivery time, or acceptance of an order.
Contact
For access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or other privacy questions, contact [email protected]. Include the Project Brief reference when available so the operator can locate the correct submission.
Practical notice
This page describes the live Project Brief system and its current data-handling boundaries. It does not replace destination-specific legal advice or the terms of a formal sales contract.
